PMTS was founded by Reverend Delores Garvin, PhD in 2017
As a young minister, Dr. Garvin completed a Master of Divinity Degree at Howard University and realized she had so much more to learn. She furthered her education by completing the Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees at Breakthrough Bible Seminary. Dr. Garvin’s desire to help others is what prompted her to start Peace Multicultural Theological Seminary. Today, Dr. Garvin works diligently to help individuals learn more about the Bible, reach their potential, and become well-rounded people.
Dr. Garvin’s mission for PMTS is to create a unique experience for everyone, share Biblical knowledge, and inspire individuals who desire to go into ministry.
